Refund and Return Policy

At SURECITY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and easy refund and return policy. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and how to initiate a return or exchange.

1. Returns

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The returned product must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the product back to us.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a return, and we will help you with the exchange process. The exchanged item will be sent to you as soon as we receive and process the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been opened or used (unless they are defective)

If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. In cases where we made an error in your order, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item and issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
